INFORMATION 1.
The 4th C.I.B. will relieve the 6th C.I.B. in the forward area on the night 21st/22nd April, 1917.
INTENTION
2. The 20th Canadian Battalion will relieve the 29th Canadian Battalion, and on completion of relief will be holding the front line within the whole 2nd Canadian Division Boundary laid down in O.O. No.80, approximately from T.22.d.7.O to T.22.b.8-9.
DISTRIBUTION
3. Companies of 20th Battalion will relieve like Companies of 29th
Battalion. No’s 3 and 2 Coys. in front line from right to left. No.1 Coy. in
MONT FORET QUARRIES and No.4 Coy. about T.21.d.5-5 to T.21.a.6-
4. Water for Companies may be obtained from MONT FORET
QUARRIES.
Rations will be delivered by pack animals to about T.26.a.3-9, ration parties being detailed by Battalion Headquarters.
Guides of 29th Battalion will rendezvous at A.6.c.7.9.
SANITATION
4. Trenches and dugouts evacuated will be handed over in a clean and sanitary condition and certificates taken.
TRENCH STORES 5. Receipts will be taken for all trench stores handed over, and, with
inventories of all stores taken over, in new area, will be handed in to Bn.
Hqrs. by noon on 22nd inst.
DRESSING STATION: The R.aP. will be established in dugout at T.20.c.10-45.
REPORTS 7. Battalion Headquarters will be established in Railway Dugouts at
T.20.c.3.1.
RELIEF:
8. The completion of the relief will be reported to Battalion Headquarters by code word “OTTAWA.”

INFORMATION.
1. The 20th Canadian Battalion will be relieved by the 21st
Canadian Battalion on the night of 23rd/24th April. On completion of relief the 20th Cdn. Bn. will be in close support.
INTENTION
2 The 21st Canadian Battalion will make the relief as follows: A. Company will relieve B Coy., 20th Bn; B. Coy. will relieve C Company; C Coy. will relieve A Coy., and D Company willrelieve D Company.
DISTRIBUTION:
3. On completion of the relief the following will be the disposition of the 20th Bn: A Company just east of the PARBUS-VIMY Railway in T.26.a.; B Company just west of the Railway in T.26.a. and c.; C Company in GOULOT WOOD about B.1.a., and D Company in front of Railway in T.26 b and T.27.a.
One guide per platoon will report at Battalion Headquarrers
at 8-45 p.m. to guide in 21st Battalion Platoons from their Battalion
Headquarters at 9 p.m.
One guide per platoon will be supplied by 21st Bn. to guide
20th Bn. Platoons to their places.
RATIONS.
4. Rations will be delivered by pack animals to T.26.a.25-90,
less C Company, which will be delivered to Cross Roads at T.25.c.3.1
The M.O. will direct the coys to their water supply.
SANITATION:
5. All trenches and dugouts vacated are to be left in a clean and sanitary condition.
TRENCH STORES
6. Receipts are to be taken for all trench stores turned over, and, with inventory of stores taken over, are to be handed in to Bn. Hqrs. by noon on 24th inst.
CODE WORD
7. Completion of the relief will be reported by code word HALIFAX.
REPORTS
8. Battalion Headquarters will remain at T.20.c.2-3.

INFORMATION:
1. The 18th Cdn. Battalion will relieve the 20th Cdn. Battalion in close support on the night of 25th/26th April. On completion of the movement the 20th Cdn. Battalion will be in Reserve in the Main Resistance Line.
INTENTION
2. The O.C. Intents that Companies of the 20th Cdn. Battalion shall occupy trenches and dugouts vacated by the Companies of the 18th Battalion.
DISTRIBUTION
3. On completion of relief the 20th Cdn. Bn. Companies will be distributed as follows, – Billets, “A” Company in CRAMER HAUS, the platoons being in a trench THELUS TRENCH – LILLE ROAD inclusive (A.6.c.5.9

One Officer, 1 N.C.O. and 2 O.R’s from Battalion Hqrs. will form an advance party and will take over Hqrs. billets and receive rations.
SANITATION
7. All trenches and dugouts vacated are to be left in a clean and sanitary condition.

8. Receipts are to be taken for all Trench Stores handed over, and, with an inventory of stores taken over, are to be handed into Bn. Orderly Room by noon on 26th instant.

INFORMATION
1. The 4th Bde. will be relieved by the 5th Bde. on the night 26th/27th April. On completion of the relief the 4th Bde. will go into Divisional Reserve near AUX REITZ.
INTENTION
2. The 20th Cdn. Battalion will be relieved by the 26th Cdn.
Battalion immediately after dark.
DISTRIBUTION
3. Each Company and Bn. Hqrs. will detail an Advance Party
of 1 Officer, 1 N.C.O. and 3 men to report to the Q.M. at 6 p.m. to take
over the billets of their unit, Two Guides from the Advance Party will
meet their Company at AUX REITZ CORNERSto direct the unit to their
billets.
STORES
4. All Mills bombs, ground flares, Verey lights, picks and
shovels are to be turned over as Trench Stores. Rifle grenades, extra wa-
ter bottles and petrol tins, rifle grenade cups and all wire cutters are to be
turned into Battalion Stores on 27/4/17.
Receipts are to be taken for all stores turned over, and are
to be turned into Battalion Orderly Room by noon on 27th inst.
SANITATION
5. All trenches and dugouts vacated are to be left in a clean and sanitary condition and certificates taken.
GUIDES:
SANITATION 6. Guides for incoming unit will be notified later.
REPORTS 7. The completion of the relief is to be notified propmtly to Battalion Headquarters in RAILWAY DUGOUTS by the code word: COLLINGWOOD.
